Oxygen DCT relocate to larger premises

4 Fortuna Court, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Berks RG7 8UB

Oxygen DCT Ltd, the UK's leading broadcast monitors and systems engineering products supplier has relocated to larger premises at Fortuna Court in Aldermaston, just off the M4 motorway near Reading in Berkshire, UK. Following successive years of continuous growth it has been necessary for Oxygen DCT to relocate to larger premises. With more than double the size, its new building allows the company to expand its customer demonstration and training facilities, accommodate more staff as well as, for the first time, pre-fabricate systems onsite. Commenting on the move, Managing Director and CEO Steve Hathaway says "this is a major achievement for us and our growth is an acknowledgment from our customer s that we have something valuable to bring to the party. We have focused from day one on our customers, helping them with expert technical solutions rather than just shipping boxes. The rapid rate at which we have developed products and introduced new, world leading equipment has been a reflection of our insatiable appetite to meet our customers needs." He adds " the investment in new premises allows us to further streamline our work flow and become even more efficient, thus reducing costs which benefit customers with lower, more competitive pricing as well as best of breed technology ".

From its convenient location in the famous Thames Valley 'broadcast' corridor Oxygen DCT markets and sells broadcast signal interfacing, distribution, conversion and monitoring equipment to clients worldwide. Whilst originally known for its world leading, customer orientated on-line and e-commerce facilities the company has grown exceptionally fast, developing over 600 own label products in its short 5 year history and also setting up an international distribution business representing 7 top international broadcast manufacturers. With its combined portfolio of over 2,500 broadcast systems products Oxygen DCT is one of the largest broadcast equipment suppliers serving Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This independent organisation combines visionary high end market leading broadcast technologies with excellence in customer support and services. It goes the 'extra mile' for customers and utilises on-line technologies and advanced IT systems to provide 24/7 services, on-line ordering and support throughout the world. Customers around the globe can order equipment instantly, within seconds and a few clicks of a mouse, saving time and with the reassurance of immediate order acknowledgment. Oxygen DCT's e-commerce system remains the most advanced of its type, it leads the broadcast industry and is important to the company in delivering exceptional customer service.

As Oxygen DCT has continued to grow it has been necessary to relocate to premises with better logistical capabilities and larger customer demonstration and training facilities. The company has developed a reputation for its unique and unprecedented expertise in monitor gallery design and manufacture, the additional space allows the company to offer customers in-house system pre-building and test. Commenting on the move, Managing Director and CEO Steve Hathaway says "this is a major achievement for us and our growth is an acknowledgment from our customers that we have something valuable to bring to the party. We have focused from day one on our customers, helping them with solutions rather than just shipping boxes. The rapid rate at which we have developed products and introduced new, world leading equipment has been a reflection of our insatiable appetite to meet our customers needs." He adds " the investment in new premises allows us to further streamline our work flow and become even more efficient, thus reducing costs which benefit customers with lower, more competitive pricing and we welcome the change"..
